    Call 811 and mark utilities

    Underground lines are located and flagged before trenching.

    Trench and install mainline

    Mainline and lateral lines are trenched in below grade.

  4. 4

    Install valves and backflow prevention

    Zone valves and code-required backflow prevention are installed.

  5. 5

    Set heads and drip line

    Rotors, sprays and bed drip line are set at correct height and spacing for even coverage.

  6. 6

    Install and program smart controller

    The WiFi controller is mounted, connected and programmed by zone.

  7. 7

    Test, adjust and walk through

    Every zone is run and each head adjusted for pattern and clearance, then we walk the system with you.

Does a sprinkler installer need to be licensed in Texas?
Yes. Irrigation installation is a licensed trade in Texas, and backflow prevention is required by code to protect the potable water supply. All of our irrigation work is performed by licensed professionals.
What does a smart controller actually do?
It adjusts run times based on weather and season instead of running a fixed schedule, and it lets you control or pause the system from your phone. Most homeowners see a meaningful drop in water use.
Can you add zones to my existing system?
Often yes, depending on available water pressure and flow. We evaluate the existing system before recommending it.
How do sprinklers interact with new sod?
New sod needs frequent shallow watering, established lawns need deeper and less frequent. We program accordingly and adjust once your lawn is rooted.
